Return & Refund Policy

At WD Mystiks, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality juice products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Perishable Products – No Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our juices and cold-pressed products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped and delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product(s) and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Your order was never delivered due to our error

  • Your order was canceled before shipment

  • You received a defective or spoiled product (with photo evidence)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
